Asana + Atatus Integration

Integrate Asana with Atatus

Asana is a task tracking platform to help streamline your businesses teamwork.

Setup instructions

1. In Atatus, Navigate to project Settings -> Ticketing Integrations -> Asana.

   
2. Copy the Personal Access Token from Asana Account Apps page and paste it into the Personal Access Token textbox.
3. Find the Workspace ID from Asana Workspace API page and paste it into the Workspace Id textbox.
4. Open your project in Asana. From your project URL, copy the last set of digits from the URL and paste it into the Project ID textbox. e.g. https://app.asana.com/0/20285348995499/20285348995499 where 20285348995499 is the Project ID.
5. Press the Save button when you're done.

How to use

After you set up the integration, you'll notice a Asana button below the error message in the Error page. This will allow you to create a new task for the error, or link with an existing one.

Once the task is created or linked, you will see the link in the button dropdown. To jump to the task in Asana simply click the link created.
